The Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church serves as the chartered organization for Troop 400 and Pack 400 of the Boy Scouts of America .  The Troop boasts upwards of 45 Boy Scouts and 10 trained adult scout leaders.  The Eagle Scout roll is up to 10 in as many years of existence.  The troop is extremely active and camps at least once per month.  Community service takes many forms from helping with the Magnolia Manor Retirement Home spring fair to the annual Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival.  Many of the completed church amenities such as the island and gazebo and covered walkway are the result of eagle scout projects.  The Troop web site can be found at www.geocities.com/scoutmaster400
