By 1991, explosive growth in the community led to the organization of the Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church. At that time, the Bryan Neck Church merged with the Richmond Hill to form one unified Presbyterian mission to the south Bryan area.

On May 4th 1991, Dr. David Long was installed as our new pastor. For 9 years the congregation met in the current "church house". The congregation of the Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church broke ground in April 2000.

In the early nineteenth century, a pioneering group of faith and determined Christians had a dream for their little ‘neck’ of the woods in rural coastal Georgia. Their dream was grounded in Faith in Almighty God, and their desire to meet together to worship him.
